Rika Kruger
CEO
Rika Kruger is a people-first fintech leader and entrepreneur, known for combining strong commercial insight with a deep understanding of the people behind every transaction.
As Group CEO of five companies, she leads with a balance of strategy and empathy. Her background in Social Work, a Master’s in Coaching, and a BCom Honours in Strategic Management shapes a leadership style grounded in both financial rigour and human understanding.
Her career spans from front-line credit and risk to executive leadership, including roles at M-Net, ITC Business Administrators where she managed 10 Compu-Pay branches, and TransUnion Receivables Management. She has received multiple awards, including the Rainmaker Award for highest company revenue.
Rika co-founded Paysoft in 2012 and continues to lead its growth as a trusted payments partner to South African businesses.
She believes every payment represents a real person, a philosophy that drives Paysoft’s commitment to processing payments on time, with care and accountability.

Paysoft (Pty) Ltd is a licensed Third-Party Payment Provider (TPPP) and System Operator (SO), regulated by PASA and governed by the South African Reserve Bank.
This provides the assurance that our systems, processes and controls operate within an audited, compliant and secure framework.
