Paysoft offers financial and credit management products to assist clients with credit vetting, and payment and collection processing.
As a result of the high volumes of transactions we process, we are able to offer our clients significant savings on their EFT payment, debit order, DebiCheck and account verification transaction costs.
Paysoft clients are able to use our secure Web-based interface to manage and report on their transactions, or integrate our services directly into their own systems using our secure FTP and API solutions.
Naturally, data privacy and security are of paramount importance to us. Our servers are located in a one-of-a-kind category-5 biometric data vault, and our systems are audited by our banking partners.

Meet the Management Team
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Rika Kruger
Rika admits that impatience is one of her “super-powers” and that she has the attention span of a two-year-old.
With an insatiable thirst for knowledge, she reads 5 books a week, has two internationally accredited health and bio-energy qualifications, studied B.Soc.Sc at the University of the Free State and holds a BCom (Hons) degree in Strategic Management through Unisa. She is currently doing a course in conversational Italian.
Her first management position was with M-Net, and she has experience in all functional management areas. As Gauteng and Free State Area Manager for ITC Business Administrators, Rika managed 10 Compu-pay branches which were responsible for processing payments on behalf of large clients. Prior to starting her own business, she was National Sales Manager (Commercial), with TransUnion ITC.
Rika has won several awards for excellence in the management of subscriber credit and collection ratios and has also been the recipient of the TransUnion ITC Rainmaker award for income generation.
She has also been involved in mentoring several successful start-up businesses, and is currently one of the advocates and sponsors for the Business for Her initiative, which aims to empower and promote the inclusion and diversity of women in business through Emerging Payments Africa.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Janet Hoogervorst
Janet grew up as the daughter (and granddaughter) of bankers. She started her career about 30 years ago as a systems analyst and software developer for First National Bank after earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
Since then, she has performed programming, project management, software development management and account management roles, all of which required her problem solving and coordinating abilities, along with an in-depth knowledge of development methodologies.
Janet has also achieved certification as a Professional Scrum Master 1 and is a firm believer in the benefits of agile development.
Janet is a passionate manager and drives business objectives by focusing on the people involved and moving them in harmony towards a common goal through coaching and mentoring.
SALES DIRECTOR
Gordon Govender
Gordon has a passion for the formulation and execution of business solutions, leveraging disruptive technologies across industries, while delivering value to his clients.
He has a B.Sc. Computer Science and Applied Statistics degree from the University of Natal and has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of industries and organizations where his responsibilities included consulting services, sales management and general management. Always having a passion to learn and develop skills, he has worked with global brands such as the META Group, Gartner and Dimension Data.
Gordon is an advisory council member at Changemakershub, a non-profit organisation that seeks to tell the stories of change agents and connect them with people who want to help.
